In Silent Hill 3 these are the tarot cards in-game that you encounter to solve a puzzle in Alessa’s bedroom. (I am not posting the entire tarot deck - just the cards that appeared in the game *minus Death- for personal reasons*)

The Eye of Night

The Eye of Night  - XXIICreated as the XXII tarot card solely for the game and is not normally found in a proper deck.
In the game The Eye of Night is accompanied by The Fool, Moon, High Priestess, and Hanged Man for the Tarot Card puzzle.
In the Book of Lost Memories the XXII card is representative of the God that The Order is devoted to.
Studying the XXII card : white clouds, dark sky, there are 8 five pointed stars, a large eye opening vertically in the sky, all over water or what seems like many mountain peaks/clouds.
